Sachertorte
The Sachertorte cake was first created in 1832 at Hotel Sacher in Salzburg, Austria. This cake has been one of the most famous traditional cakes of Patisserie Salzburg for over 40 years. It is a rich and velvety chocolate cake, filled with homemade apricot jam, and it is covered with a dark chocolate ganache.
